From November 10th-17th, we’re opening our doors for a full week of free classes so you can experience what BEAT is all about:
No lights. No mirrors. Just movement, music, and a community that makes fitness feel fun again.

Whether you’re dancing it out, bouncing on a mini trampoline, or lifting to the beat, you’ll leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and completely alive.

You don’t have to “be fit” to start - you just have to show up.
