Wondering which class will suit you best? Here is a brief rundown of our core classes. All of our classes are suited to all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

BEAT - Our signature dance fitness class. An easy to follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, cardio, dance, HIIT and Sculpting, set to the hottest beats.

IGNITE - A transformative fusion of dumbbell & resistance band training and a twerk-inducing, booty poppin dance workout choreographed to the latest hip hop, dancehall, latin & afro beats. The moves are super easy to follow (even if you're unco), the energy is fierce & the beats are loud.

AXIS Our own spicy take on traditional mat pilates and stretch/balance work. We will move at a steady pace through all of muscle groups of the body, with a specific focus on strengthening the core and ppsteiral chain The tunes are chill, the vibes are high and the burn is strong

LINES - Line dancing with a twist. We move at little faster than traditional line dance class and mix original tracks and chorey with a bit of BEAT spice.

BARBELLE - A choreographed barbell class for all ages and abilities. We put cardio to the side in this class, and focus on slow, controlled movements across the entire body with over 1000 reps per class to tone and sculpt.

BOUNCE - A one of a kind mini rebounder class that has been developed in house specifically for BEAT. A combination of upright, and toning tracks combine with all of your favourite music to chall eve your cardio system while making you smile!

SLOW YOGA - Slow, grounding stretches set to calming instrumental beats. Unwind, release tension, and leave feeling relaxed and restored. All levels

YOGA FLOW - A grounding practice of flowing movement, breath, and meditation set to zen-inspired beats. Cultivate calm, clarity, and connection - on and off the mat. All levels
