Wondering which class will suit you best? Here is a brief rundown of our core classes. All of our classes are suited to all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
KONGA - our base dance fitness class, with 4 easy moves per track, this class is for absolutely everyone! No previous dance experiences necessary and all levels are welcome!
BURN - A music driven toning class that utilises booty bands and light weights to tone your entire body!
TYGA - A fierce twerk-inducing, booty poppin, heart pounding dance workout choreographed to the latest hip hop, dancehall, latin & afro beats. The moves are super easy to follow (even if you think that you'reunco), the energy is fierce & the beats are loud.
BOUNCE - A one of a kind mini rebounder class that has been developed in house specifically for BEAT. A combination of upright, and toning tracks fused with all of your favourite music to challenge your cardio system while making you smile!
BARBELLE - A choreographed barbell class for all ages and abilities. We put cardio to the side in this class, and focus on slow, controlled movements across the entire body
SLOW YOGA - Slow, grounding stretches set to calming instrumental beats. Unwind, release tension, and leave feeling relaxed and restored. All levels
YOGA FLOW - A grounding practice of flowing movement, breath, and meditation set to zen-inspired beats. Cultivate calm, clarity, and connection—on and off the mat. All levels
